Something Sensible from the BBC!

"Radio is an art form and the best practitioners have a knack of understanding their remit on pure emotion and gut feel. Research can help but the best in the world only use this as a guide, it is never their slave." The Myers Report  Oh how I wish some PD's would have the guts to believe in this statement.
