joyous few days with @dennisDMZ Dennis Miller here in London hosting his daily show across more than 300 US radio stations. He is a funny clever man with a laconic style that has a more liberal and sophisticated edge to it compared to many of the other US Talk Show Hosts. It's been a privilege to see how his show works from the inside, the prep and hard work of his team back in Los Angeles.
The other thing I always love about the American radio hosts is they come in, ask for very little, always self-op .. and frankly just get on with the job, spend their time focusing on their shows. I guess the stakes are much higher, Dennis's daily audience is considerably more than that of Nick Ferrari's prime-time Breakfast Show on LBC.
