Show Structure

We've talked a lot about structure before and how important it is to any kind of radio show (whatever format) but what are the pillars that should link that structure?

Good words to bear in mind when you work our what you want to do on air include:

Theatre - your show is a production just like a theatre show.

Entertainment + Inform - if you have to impart information wrap it in an entertaining way.

Structure - talk a lot about this but - beginnings middles and ends are important.

Style - identify your house style the way your radio station uses imaging, goes to junctions and then don't deviate from them - you will confuse and annoy your listener.
