Mentoring what's it all about?

Mentoring is about feedback not criticism? Criticism is often subjective. It is vital that you mentor your staff and talent as they help create your brand and image. Praise the things that they do well. Reward them for getting it right. Offer practical advice on how to make things better. Tell them clearly what you want from them. How their show should sound, what is required to create house style. Music policy, speech elements. And remember to do this regularly – every few months.
