Heard an example of really bad radio at the weekend. There were text book errors, including not telling us the name of the radio station, no back anno from a piece of audio - which ended with a phone guest and then that was segued straight into an ad with a phone caller - now that's a breach of the rules to start with. A short run at the top of the hour - filled with some sports copy a result of a poorly timed programme.
Imaging used in the wrong place, very poor cues to audio with one example: 'Here some more information on that cycling story.' - er what cycling story? Who is the woman now speaking? What was the story about? Generally the presenter had a poor delivery and didn't seem to understand what he was reading. Shame.
