More from Ms Geller - some presenters mistake their private lives, the endless and dull discussion of their private life, as 'personality' radio. Sure the odd mention of the family is OK but don't endlessly talk about yourself - it's boring. Personal views, though are universal and interesting and can be related to by the listener.
