A bucket of fish

Keep your talent happy and well fed. What do we mean? They need incentive and encouragement a bit like a performing seal. To get the performance you need to throw them a fish every now and again. Tell them they are doing well, when they are. Help them to find answers when they are not doing so well. Just remember not to throw the whole bucket of fish at them. If you do they will end up gorging on fish and forgetting their performance.
