One New Year Resolution

That will actually work - is to have no new year resolutions, changes set by calendar date rarely work. Much better to continually strive to be better to take risks and to make small positive changes in your life throughout the whole year.  Do make some 'me' time - book a holiday plan a few days off in Spring, have a goal to head toward.

Here on this side of the earth we are still in the dark cold days of winter, a burden enough to get through without depriving yourself of the little pleasures. If you need to make a change pick April when spring has arrived but take it one step at a time.
