Competition Time

How do you compete? Honestly answer these questions:
1. Identify your competition. Use your audience research to target potential listeners and what they are actually listening to.
2.Why would someone listening to a competitor station want to tune to you?
3.What advantages does your station have over the competition?
4.What is your weakness? (Example: The competitor is better resourced, maybe government run)
5.How can you create a unique format that can attract listeners away from a competitor but keep within the budget and resources of you business?
