Vox Pox

Oh how I hate Vox Pops just heard some on a news bulletin.  Some years ago LBC and IRN were based at ITN and the bulletins were full of 'we asked people on the street what they thought'  Except they were people on the street outside ITN's studios at 200 Gray's Inn Road.

Gray's Inn people in the street tended to be lawyers or legal clerk's -  as the studios were close to the Inns of Court and a smattering of slightly drunk Irish people as there was a big Irish Centre nearby so the  result was a biased and editorially worthless bit of audio. Oh of course unless they said something bizarre or outrageous that is lol.
